The fonts delivered with this license are the intellectual property of their original designer. MAVERICK TYPEFACTORY (the distributor) grants you the right to use these fonts under the terms below. The person or company who purchases the license is the license buyer. The licensed users are the individuals designated by the license buyer to use the fonts.
Non-exclusive
The same fonts may be licensed to others.
Non-transferable
You may not sell, share, or transfer this license to another party.
Perpetual
The license does not expire.
Device-based
Fonts may be installed on the number of devices specified in your purchase.
Licensed users must be individual human beings (not companies, teams, or bots). Fonts may be installed only on devices personally and exclusively used by licensed users. You may reassign licensed users as needed, as long as the total number does not exceed your license limit (see your invoice or purchase info).
Print designs (books, packaging, posters, etc.)
Digital graphics (websites, social media, apps, etc.)
Logos, branding, and commercial artwork
Read-only in documents such as PDFs, EPUBs, or apps (users cannot extract or edit the font)
Webfonts (WOFF, WOFF2) on up to 3 websites owned by you
To protect the designer’s work, the following are not allowed:
Selling, reselling, renting, or sublicensing the fonts
Publishing the fonts in open-source or public repositories
Modifying the glyphs or creating derivative fonts
Reverse-engineering or converting formats (except for permitted webfont use)
Using the fonts in AI/ML training or data sets
Embedding the fonts in documents or software intended to distribute the fonts themselves
If trial fonts are provided, they may be installed on one (1) device and used only for non-commercial evaluation. You may not publish or share any final or public-facing work created with trial fonts.
MAVERICKTYPEFACTORY does not currently offer technical support or updates for the fonts. If this changes, license buyers will be notified.
This license remains valid unless you violate its terms. If that happens, the license terminates automatically, and you must delete all copies of the fonts, including backups.
This agreement is intended to be fair and reasonable. If any part of it turns out to be legally unenforceable, the rest still applies. This license is not bound to any specific jurisdiction.
